Wednesday, July 31, 2002 ( 11:12 AM ) JZ Well yet another uneventful day. I am taking the kids that I am babysitting this week to see Austin Powers this afternoon. Right now they are watching Austin Powers 1 while we wait for UPS to show up with my Creative Memories order. Ok I need to vent a little. Where on earth did customer service go????? Did we just stop instilling that in employees? We have been waiting for the bank to get back to us on a little "issue" for two weeks (mind you it was only supposed to take a couple days). Every time we call the lady who is "supposed" to be helping us, is either busy or not in. When we do talk to her, she says that she is waiting to get the answer and will call us by the end of the day. Has she EVER picked up the phone? NO! She has never called once in the two weeks, now again today same story, she will call by the end of the day, anyone want to lay bets on whether she will call? I am SO frusterated! # Sunday, July 28, 2002 ( 4:14 PM ) JZ Ok so I am so silly, how could I not post this on here right away?! I mentioned that I was spending the afternoon on Thursday with my Aunt who was visiting and my mom and sisters, WELL......we did go down to the beach and hang out, but we ended up at a tatoo parlor.....hello! My aunt, my sister and I are all sporting new tatoos! My aunt and I got one on our ankles and my sister got one on her shoulder. My aunt got a tiny heart, my sister a hibiscus flower, and I got a flower also. I am still in shock. We seriously had the very best time together. Then Friday we went to Sea World, it was such a nice day, it really wasn't hot at all. Very enjoyable. Yesterday we went to the Orange County Fair to watch some Bull Riding put on by the Flying U Rodeo. We had alot of fun, it was me, Scott and my sister Melissa. But can I just say I am so used to our warm CA weather that I nearly froze last night it was so cold and I wasn't prepared. #
