Friday, November 01, 2002 ( 2:34 PM ) JZ So this weekend should be fun, it will be very busy. Tonight I will have dinner with my husband and if I’m lucky rent a movie and relax. Tomorrow will start with going to a boutique and starting some Christmas shopping. Then I have float judging and a luncheon for Cerritos College Homecoming. Following that will be the Homecoming game against a very tough team, hopefully we can pull it together and win. Then Sunday I have two mystery shops to do. Anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend? # ( 2:18 PM ) JZ Happy Halloween a day late!!!!! Sorry I missed posting yesterday, I was really busy. I had a really fun Halloween though. I must say though that it is not nice to “par-tay” until 2 in the morning and then be at work at 7 in the morning. I am so dragging! The same crew that went to happy hour last week went out last night. Of course my dear husband was not with us, he had football L We went out to dinner at Italian restaurant and then went to a piano bar that had a live 80’s band. We danced and drank and danced and drank…met some interesting people, in some interesting costumes, I have to say that I really liked the Greek God who was our waiter and Jack from Jack-n-the-box was pretty funny too. We took a whole roll of film, a roll of 36 exposures mind you! I can’t wait to see those pictures! We all had those headbands that have things on them, mine was a black sequined devil horns, one of the other girls had red devil horns, one had black cat ears, and one had bunny ears, and for the one guy, we found him this gaudy velvet king’s hat with fake jewels on it. It was hilarious. # Tuesday, October 29, 2002 ( 9:28 AM ) JZ Oh how I wish I didn't have to work today, I want to be at DISNEYLAND! The Angels are doing a parade down main street! I have a pass so it wouldn't have cost anything.....oh how I wanted to be sick today. I am just too damn responsible for my own good, I couldn't call in sick. Oh well, I will just imagine being there, I wouldn't have wanted to deal a million people anyway. Ok I hope I don't offend anyone, and I hope I don't speak too soon, but I just want to comment on the difference between baseball and basketball fans. The Lakers win and we destroy everything in celebration, the Angels win and everyone high fives each other and celebrates, hmmmm....... # ( 9:19 AM ) JZ I saw the cutest thing on the way to work this morning. I am actually surprised that I saw it, I am usually still half asleep on the way to work. I gave up caffeine last year, and mornings were never the best time for me anyway. :) Anyway back to my original point. I saw a grandpa walking his grandaughter to school, and then they stopped at a corner and were talking and then all the sudden they BOTH started running, racing each other down the street, and they were both laughing. It was so cute. Ok so it totally warmed my heart this morning, but now that I am reading it after I wrote it down it seemed like one of those things that you had to be there to appreciate it. Ok enough rambling about that. # Monday, October 28, 2002 ( 11:13 AM ) JZ Monday again! Why does the work week take so long to go by, and then the weekend just flies by! This weekend was not as nice as it was supposed to be. Well I guess I shouldn’t say that. For most things it was good. Just one bad thing. We lost our football game!!!!!! We looked like a completely different football team! We went from being ranked #1 in CA to being ranked…. We were 5-0 and the team we played was 1-4. They totally kicked our butts. It was ugly. Friday night was nice, Scott made me chicken noodle soup (it was raining) and we sat at home and watched TV and just vegged. I was asleep by 9:30pm. Saturday I had a Creative Memories class which was a total bomb, I think I am ready to get out of CM, I would like to start attending classes and just be a customer. There is so much cute scrapbooking stuff out there, not just through CM and I think I am ready to explore other aspects. Saturday night was the game from hell. Sunday I went to the gym and had a nice time relieving some of my stress. Then I made dinner for my family, and Scott’s family for my sister Melissa and my Mom’s birthday’s! We had a very nice night. ANGELS!!!!! Ok so I am LONG time Angel fan. I can’t even tell you how happy I am to know that the Angles won the world series! Woooohoooo! I was jumping around my house last night, so excited. GO ANGELS!!!!! #
