Thursday, November 14, 2002 ( 11:16 AM ) JZ Ok so it's girls night again. Oops I am not allowed to call it girls night anymore, because one of our friends who IS NOT a girl always goes. He got mad that we were calling it that. Sorrrrry! Well I really hope that tonight is better, keep your fingers crossed for no accidents. We are once again going out for sushi, but at a new place none of us have ever been to. Brrrrrr it's so cold in my office, the district office controls the air conditioning/heat and it is FREEZING here today! I think there are icicles hanging from my computer monitor! # Wednesday, November 13, 2002 ( 3:27 PM ) JZ FOOTBALL!!!!!!!! Woohoo! This is a stressful week in the Zowada house. We have to win the next two games to play for the Southern Section Division Title. We are ranked #2 in CA right now. We are playing the #3 team Saturday. It is the biggest game of the season! GO FALCONS!!!! Last night I made seven layer bars for the coaches, mmmmm nothing like a good sugar high! # Tuesday, November 12, 2002 ( 12:17 PM ) JZ A bright and beautiful Tuesday! Ok so I have a lot to catch up on. # 1 I couldn’t post on Friday because the server was down all day at work. When I got home, I went out to dinner and shopping for a new couch and chair with my husband! Yes we got a new sofa (with a fold out bed) and a chair with a matching ottoman. #2 I had a MAJOR headache on Friday and was not really in the mood to discuss the previous evenings’ drama. # 3 I had yesterday off so this is the soonest I could post. So for the Thursday night drama. We were supposed to go have Sushi and do karaoke. Well….we were on our way to the restaurant and got in an accident. None of us were hurt, but my friend’s car was totaled. So we spend an hour standing in the rain, doing the police report and waiting for the tow truck. So then we walked over to the restaurant and ate/had a drink to calm our nerves, and did a little karaoke, not really the evening we had planned. Saturday I went to a birthday party for one of my friends and then to the football game (in the rain). We beat Long Beach 6-3, not a big win, but a win all the same. Then we all celebrated of course! Sunday I did some grocery shopping and then we dinner with some friends to celebrate the passing of the school bond and all the hard work that went into it. Monday I got to meet one of the girls from the message board, Trish, we had a nice time going to Seal Beach and having lunch at Ruby’s on the pier. #
