Thursday, February 13, 2003 ( 10:48 AM ) JZ The rain is finaly slowing down. It may just stop in time for Valentine's Day. So I have been thinking for two weeks what we should do. Last night we were talking about how before we were married we totally celebrated V-day and then last year, we didn't do anything! We are a boring young married couple! So I wanted to do something romantic, but there are just so many damn people out that night. I think we have decided that on V-day we will stay home and have steaks for dinner. A little candlelight, a little wine...... I think it will be romantic. Then on Saturday we will go to dinner and maybe a movie. I am sure the whole weekend will be busy with people going out to dinner/movies, but at least saturday should not be as bad as friday. Ok now that I have whined about that. I posted some new pictures. Some are a mish mash of old pictures and some are more recent. # Wednesday, February 12, 2003 ( 3:07 PM ) JZ Rain Rain everywhere. It has been pouring since yesterday. I think it is supposed to rain through tomorrow night. Last night it was raining so hard that it woke me up more then once. I love the sound of rain, I think it is so relaxing. I have nothing exciting to say, except that I fear that we are getting closer and closer to a war. One of my worst fears is that we will be fighting a war on our own soil. The mere thought of war is sickening, but bringing here is more then I can concieve. # Tuesday, February 11, 2003 ( 10:44 AM ) JZ Oh AND can I just say that I LOVE four day weeks! One this week AND one next week! # ( 10:43 AM ) JZ It's raning, It's pouring....... It finally feels like some sort of winter here! It is pouring rain today! I want to go play in the puddles like a little kid. Oh to be young again! I finished my first class last night! Only 16 more to go! Ok that was depressing looking at it that way! This weekend was so nice. Friday night the girls and I had the best time, we stayed up talking until almost 1:30 in the morning. Saturday we just spent the day hanging out, we went to Home Depot and got all kinds of books with paint chips in them. I think that next Sunday and Monday we are going to start painting. We will probably start with the kitchen. I am thinking a really pretty sunshine yellow. I finally sat down Saturday night and did some long overdue scrapbooking, Scott even scrapped two pages!!! Sunday we went to Wrightwood in search of snow, we didn't really find much, I will post pictures later. Monday we just vegged and then Scott went to football practice and I went to class. I know nothing exciting but it really was so nice. #
